I have been having my car serviced there since you opened. Way back I bought my car and prior one at lute Riley but my two service advisors moved to your dealership one has moved on to another job and unfortunately the other one passed away. Thru the years I have had only one person there that I felt did not provide good service. In fact I have been going so long two past advisors Matt and Tom have been promoted. Julio was always my go to guy and kelvin my back up. Now that Julio has moved on I have kelvin and Timmy.
Yesterday when I came in for my apt Tom greeted me and several folks came to see if I was helped then when kelvin was free he came out and gave me a hug when I was leaving Timmy saw me and came over and said hello. I work in retail so I know the importance of good service. Folks think I am crazy taking my car to the dealership vs a smaller place but I know my car will be taken care of and I feel they have always been honest.
Palo once told me by bringing my car there all the time if something major goes wrong they are more willing to help me as they know I maintain it and all. If you give out any awards etc for positive feedback give these guys one. ~ Janet Berez
